Refund & Cancellation
- Tiffin subscription can be cancelled at any time with full refund for the balance meals.
- A meal can be skipped by informing us by 8 am for Lunch and by 2 pm for Dinner. No charge for a skipped meal.
- The amount for the skipped meal or cancelled subscription can be either carried forward for extra meal booking or refunded at the end of the subscription.
- Refunds will be processed immediately but can take 2 to 3 business days to reflect back in the customer’s account. This may vary from bank to bank.
